The group has best technology driven Modern Manufacturing Facilities spread in the area of 85,000 Sqft. which are flexible enough to carry on multi tasking. Our Production Facilities include Imported and Indigenous machines customized with inbuilt process & Quality control.
This facility ensures maintaining Consistent Quality (PPM < 100) and on-time delivery, which enhances customer satisfaction. ABG consists of an automation line for manufacture of products
We have a well-established laboratory setup, which meet the requirement of new product development and test facilities as per national and international quality certifications. We have successfully developed new products with diversified technology to meet the demands of local as well as international customers.
We have an in-house power generation facility for our captive consumption. This uninterrupted power supply facility helps us to have unhampered production.
To ensure best control over process and to meet day to day requirements of new product development, tool and Mould maintenance, ABG has established an in-house Technical Development Section. The TDS includes Tool room and assembly shop for New products and Machines. The department is backed by a team of qualified technical experts in developing Jigs & Fixtures, Press tools, Injection moulds and Prototypes of New products.
The TDS has enabled the group to gain confidence of the customers by meeting critical delivery schedules in up gradation of existing products and development of New & Customized products.
